  2. Compliance First — every product and token design aligns with regulatory frameworks of its operating jurisdictions.

  3. Market Expansion — start in Dubai, gradually expand to the Gulf, Middle East, Asia, and eventually global markets.

  4. Technological Evolution — continuously enhance protocol standards, liquidity mechanisms, and cross-chain compatibility, aiming to establish a unified global infrastructure for Real Estate Finance 3.0.


Short-Term (2025–2026): Validation & Deployment

  • 2025 Q4

    • Complete first property tokenization pilots.

    • Achieve on-chain rent custody and monthly distribution.

  • 2026 Q1–Q2

    • Launch the $REY protocol, enabling DCF-based abstraction layer.

    • Conduct compliance testing in the ITL sandbox environment.

  • 2026 Q3–Q4

    • Deploy DSCR lending protocol, enabling property-backed refinancing.

    • Reach $50M in custody and tokenized property volume.

    • Establish the Dubai + Hong Kong dual-jurisdiction compliance framework.


Mid-Term (2027–2028): Scaling & Internationalization

  • Market Expansion — extend into Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Athens, Barcelona and other high yield-to-price ratio markets.

  • Asset Diversification — move beyond residential into office, logistics, and hospitality assets with stable cash flows.

  • Secondary Market Depth — introduce $REY derivatives (index funds, stablecoin-pegged instruments) to attract global capital.

  • Institutional Partnerships — build strategic alliances with property developers, REITs, banks, and DeFi protocols.


Long-Term (2029–2030+): Globalization & Standardization

  • Global Penetration — roll out NeoMason tokenized products across major real estate markets in APAC, Europe, and North America.

  • Unified Standards — establish ERC-1122 + ERC-20 real estate token standards as industry-wide norms for RWA.

  • Financial Infrastructure — integrate $REY into cross-border clearing systems and institutional asset allocation frameworks.

  • DAO Transition — shift to DAO-led governance, making NeoMason a decentralized public infrastructure for Real Estate Finance 3.0.
